Samantha Massa Farber has developed her career at JBC engaging in all facets of the talent acquisition process. With a foundation in creative and design recruitment, Samantha’s current role places a large emphasis on leading and managing her internal team, as well as partnering with a plethora of companies across the CPG world. Samantha has grown with the needs of her clients who have adapted to the changes in today’s retail industry, and she too has evolved to become well versed in wider market trends in fashion, lifestyle, beauty, health & wellness, consumer goods, tech, and finance. In addition to guiding and building her team of recruiters, Samantha’s goal is to find the best talent for her clients’ ever-growing teams, and she prides herself in her ability to understand her clients’ business models, improve their culture, share up to date market insight, and create long-lasting, mutually beneficial partnerships.
Outside of the office, Samantha’s favorite pastimes are being a mom, trying new restaurants, and watching reality TV!
