Ramina is a member of the JBC team, focusing on a multitude of high level and executive functions across beauty, CPG, fashion, lifestyle, and digitally native companies. Prior to her recruiting career, Ramina worked in corporate fashion in merchandising and at various e-commerce start-ups in marketing.
She completed her undergraduate studies at UC Berkeley, focusing on Communications and Political Science and later at USC (MSc), where she studied Consumer and Organizational Behavior.
Outside of work, Ramina is an enthusiastic bibliophile, loves frequenting galleries/museums, learning about new cultures, and enjoys discovering new and innovative brands. She will also never refuse a cup of coffee.
