Rachel Ernst is an information seeker with a true passion for taking notice of even the smallest details. She developed a love for research and thoughtful attention while studying Sociology at the University of Florida.
After being offered an opportunity as a Candidate Sourcer in 2013, she realized that she had found a place where her interests could be put to good use as a effective way to find the "Unicorn". Broadening her skills in this area has only deepened her interest in locating the best possible candidates and truly "helping jobs find people".
Rachel is a proud Brooklyn native who now lives in South Florida with her husband and four children.
