Our client, a Global Technology company, is seeking a Business Systems Analyst experienced in the Atlassian suite to join them for a long term contract engagement.
In this role, you will be the point of contact for the end user teams that need to implement business and engineering processes within Jira.
Qualifications:
Previous experience working in roles as a Jira BSA and familiar with Jira workflows and features.
Needs experience with understanding business processes and requirements and translating them into a Jira solution design document with assistance from the architects.
Self-starter to manage multiple projects simultaneously while remaining engaged with stakeholders.
Appreciation for thorough implementation of a solution, including gathering data, proof-of-concept of ideas / testing and validating that solution meets the business need.
Able to translate and document complex business requirements.
Work with stakeholders with a wide range of technical ability.
Manage multiple, concurrent projects, and be able to set priorities and expectations with minimal supervision.
Drive virtual meetings and give demos/training sessions on tool functionality.
