Pay range: $55-60/hr
Hourly rate is commensurate with experience and is an estimated range provided by JBC.
Responsibilities:
- Project management of the department in partnership with the leadership team
- Manage department meeting infrastructure, including strategy, coordination, preparation, and tracking
- Day-to-day operational support to the Head of the department
- Lead yearly planning, goal setting and tracking, and quarterly reports
- Manage special projects and initiatives
- Develop presentations and content to support internal and external engagements and events
- Develop and maintain department templates and collaboration spaces
- Lead the coordination of team budget
- Support procurement of vendors/suppliers as needed
- Support resource prioritization as required
Qualifications
- 7+ years’ experience of project management experience at a creative agency or in-house company marketing or communications team
- Experience in leading and managing production of creative and/or marketing projects
- Project management software (Asana preferred)
- Google Suite
- Microsoft Office Word
- Excellent attention to detail
- Highly organized
- Experience working across teams in a fast-paced environment
- Appreciation for design, user experiences, and brand identities
- Strong communication skills
