Temporary Onboarding Concierge
Location: Hybrid, NY & NJ Offices 
ASAP – On-going
FT Hours

Perform I-9 verification process of corporate new-hires and rehires (both in-person in NY and NJ, and virtually) to ensure employment eligibility.

  • Audit I-9 forms and supporting documentation via a third party on-line application for completeness and accuracy following federal guidelines.
  • Troubleshoot I-9 related issues and build updated processes and policies to streamline I-9 goals.
  • Partner closely with Talent Operations and People Generalists to ensure I-9 compliance is met.

Connect with hiring managers once an offer is accepted and ensure they have the resources/ability to:

  • Customize the new hires Workday Dashboard
  • Send tailored communications to the new hire & team
  • Request IT supplies/support

Facilitate virtual Orientation sessions.

  • Maintain orientation agenda and update with relevant company policies, initiatives, and guest presenters.
  • Schedule and host one-on-one 15 minute check-ins with all new hires 1-2 days from start date (to include i-9 verification).
  • Monitor ATS and HCM reports to ensure new hire data is flowing and actioned upon in a timely manner. .
  • Design, deploy and host New Hire Cohort Speaker Series (4-5 events annually)
  • Partner closely with Onboarding Evolution project team to update existing and design new instructional materials and events to support the onboarding experience.  To include but not limited to: communications, eLearnings, micro-learnings, facilitator guides, speaker series, tours, and immersive moments.
  • Partner with Talent Development team to alter approach to tools & resources when needed.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

  • Experience completing I-9 verifications and knowledge of the e-verify policy and procedures as outlined by the US Citizenship & Immigration Services. Experience in LawLogix a plus. 
  • Highly developed PowerPoint & Excel skills
  • Ability to effectively manage time in order to meet deadlines
  • Experienced instructional designer and facilitator
  • Experience in Articulate 360 suite a plus
  • Knowledge of Workday HCM and Learning a plus
  • Excels in collaborative environments
