Position Summary:
The Temp Benefits Analyst at our Apparel Brand undertakes a variety of essential administrative, technical, and analytical responsibilities in support of our employee benefits programs. Key duties include overseeing the administration of the Company’s Severance Pay Plan, acting as a liaison for employee disability requests with third-party administrators, and ensuring accurate payment processing during employee leave. The role includes conducting audits, reconciling invoices, supporting global wellness initiatives, and providing expert benefits guidance to HR professionals. Additionally, the analyst participates in benefit surveys, contributes to policy reviews, and facilitates employee benefits orientations and open enrollment meetings.

Knowledge and Skills Required:

  • Strong time management skills essential for prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines effectively.
  • Proficiency in analytical and mathematical skills required for benefit calculations and comprehensive data analysis.
  • Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with business-related software systems.
  • Preferably experienced with Workday, ADP, and HRIS-compatible reporting programs.
  • Ability to work independently on complex projects necessitating problem-solving and critical thinking.
  • Proficient in interpreting and presenting data, and adept at identifying and investigating data anomalies.
  • Commitment to maintaining the strict confidentiality of departmental and employee matters.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively within team environments.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Benefits and/or HR Operations administration.

Minimum Education Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree
