Temp to Perm Selling Supervisor

Title: Sales Supervisor 
Pay:  $30-32 per hour 
Company: Luxury leather goods and accessories brand
Location: South Coast Plaza Mall

Responsibilities: 
-Offer an elevated experience and lead by example.
-Act as a brand ambassador and model behavior that reflects the company’s core values.
-Assist in managing the overall team's performance and growth alongside the Store Manager.
-Build a client base and appointment based selling.
-Oversee visual merchandising, inventory, and operations. 
-Open and close the concession. 
-Create brand awareness in the market, through networking and social media.

Requirements:
-Ability  to manage a sales team, motivate, and coach
-Luxury leather goods background, can come from contemporary brands, CRM oriented, and has a presence on the sales floor.
-Min. of 2+ years of management experience or from high-end luxury retail environment.
-Strong drive, hungry, and ambitious.
-Active, current, and successful book of local and tourist clients.
-Ability to work in a smaller environment 

Hourly rate- $30-$32
