Title: Temp Project Coordinator
Location: Pasadena, CA – hybrid
Duration: ASAP – ongoing, temp to perm potential
Hours: up to 40 hours per week
Pay rate: $21-22/hr (Hourly rate is commensurate with experience and is an estimated range provided by JBC).
 

THE COMPANY:  A fast-paced creative marketing agency in the Los Angeles

 

The creative project coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day management of creative projects, such as creative campaigns, marketing materials, and product launches. They work closely with creative teams, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

 

Project Coordinator responsibilities include working closely with our Project Manager to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources, timeframes, and budgets for projects. To succeed in this role, you should have excellent time management and communication skills, as you’ll collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver results on deadlines. Ultimately, the Project Coordinator’s duties are to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet high-quality standards.

 

 

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE HAS THE FOLLOWING:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising, design, or another related field (or equivalent)
  • Experience in project coordination, working remotely in a fast-paced agency environment with marketing and design projects
  • Ability to pick up new processes software programs and concepts quickly
  • Ability to communicate proactively with leadership, team members, clients, and vendors
  • Personable, professional, and positive problem-solving and communication skills
  • Developing and managing project plans and timelines
  • Tracking project progress and identifying and resolving any potential issues
  • Communicating with stakeholders to keep them updated on project progress and to gather feedback
  • Managing budgets and ensuring that projects are completed within budget
  • Overseeing the production and delivery of creative assets
  • Coordinating with external vendors and suppliers
  • Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
  • A good understanding of design, branding, and marketing
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Suites
  • Familiarity with Adobe Suites
  • Strong technical skills with hands-on experience using project management tools (e.g. Basecamp or Trello)
