Temp Merchandiser

Client: Fashion Retailer
Title: Temporary Merchandiser
Start Date: Asap
Duration: 12/27 with possible extension
Location: NYC hybrid
Hourly Rate: $28- $30/hr Hourly rate is commensurate with experience and is an estimated range provided by JBC.
Responsibilities:

1. Reports 

1. Reach out to partners and consolidate monthly reports, generate final SKU report for CHI Merch 

1. Update weekly inventory reports 

1. Generate Order Confirmations in excel 

1. Market Support 

1. Edit lookbooks, create order forms, and assortment tools 

1. Downloading linesheets 

1. Upload materials to dropbox/wetransfer as needed 

1. Arrange samples in NYO and coordinate sample shipments for global showrooms 

1. Assist during market as needed 

1. Other 

1. Facilitate communication and airtable maintenance for quality issues 

Requirements:
 

1. MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) – Proficient, especially Excel 

1. Airtable, PLM, SAP  – Preferred but not required
