Title: Temp Ecommerce Customer Service Representative
Location: Remote
Start: ASAP
Duration: 6 months +
Hours: Fulltime hours 
(Hourly Rate: $18-23/hour (Hourly rate is commensurate with experience and is an estimated range provided by JBC)
Job Description: 


  • Direct contact with customers via telephone, chat, and email
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, work internally to facilitate customer’s request
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about products, pricing and availability
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints with empathy and provide best possible solutions
  • Respond to shipping inquiries and answer order status questions
  • Provide pricing and delivery information as needed
  • Process returns, price adjustments and orders on the customers behalf
  • Maintaining broad knowledge of company products 
  • Ability to manage tasks across multiple applications


  • 1-3 years experience in retail customer facing position
  • Experience with ecommerce/customer service platforms including Zendesk, Hubspot, Sprout Social, Shopify, Teams and Slack are recommended
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with customers, associates and management in a professional and efficient manner
  • Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
