Title: Customer Service Representative
Duration: Temp to Perm
Location: New York, New York
Pay: 20/hr – 25/hr *Hourly rate is commensurate with experience and is an estimated range provided by JBC.
-Providing excellent customer. Placing orders, processing exchanges and refunds, and answer any questions all in a prompt, courteous and efficient manner.
-Communicate with customers via email, phone, live chat and social media.
-Work with warehouse and carriers to ensure that the customer has the best delivery experience possible.
-Monitor feedback and communicate with customers as required. Use feedback to promote and share customer trends with Management team and business colleagues.
-Establishing long-term relationships with key customers based on data about their preferences, behaviors and purchases.
-Assist the customer with purchasing online
-Proven track record of working effectively and efficiently within a busy retail and e-commerce environment.
-Experience with an online luxury retailer would be beneficial.
-Good administration skills.
-Good numerical skills.
-Experience with Intercom, Magento, NetSuite and or other e-commerce platforms a plus
