Client: Luxury Fashion
Job Title: Freelance Client Advisor 
Duration: June 5th – 9/1 (potential for extension)
Hours: Full Time – must have an open & flexible schedule
Location: Jersey City, NJ – ON SITE
Rate: $20-$25/hour *DOE

Will be providing customer service support for online sales and repeat client base
Managing Customer Cases and being knowledgeable on the company policies and products.

  • Experience – Hospitality, call center, retail or customer service are great
  • Background in luxury is a huge plus
  • Strong communication skills and sales abilities
  • Great verbal, written and listening skills
  • Bilingual is a huge plus (French, Spanish or Mandarin)
  • Must have schedule availability as it may be subject to change
