Salary: 95k-100k *Salary is an estimated range provided by JBC and is commensurate with experience.

Responsibilties/Requirements:
-Works closely and foster strong relationships with Account Managers, Design and Sourcing to capture accurate design information for the technical development of the product.
-Ensures fit charts are clearly communicated to factories by deadlines.
-Facilitate sample requests
-Develop a grading scale that encompasses design requirements, specifications, and quality standards
-Conduct fit sessions to review consistency while documenting fit and quality standards from development to pre-production approval.
-Work with factories to troubleshoot and correct fit and detail needs
-Minimum 6 years with Tech Design/PD management background
-Managerial Experience
