ETSStore Manager
Apply NowSourcing for an experienced Store Manager with Luxury or High-end Contemporary apparel experience. Must be a strong leader, have solid training experience, and can sell.
Store Manager:
- Drive revenue, achieving sales goals + motivating the team to reach individual/team goals
- Facilitate the interviewing process of potential candidates; train + supervise progress
- Ensure that company polices + protocols are being maintained by the team
- Manage company customer service standards
- Communicate frequently with management to identify opportunities + develop strategic methods for improvement
- Oversee time management of staff
- Ownership of productivity, sales goals and company protocols are assumed
- Communicate & manage team outreach
- Track store & individual numbers
- Identify & communicate strengths & opportunities of sales team
- Coordinate and/or support staff pk meetings
- Complete monthly team schedule
- Takes on the role of leadership with the staff
- Manages opening and closing duties to ensures completion
- Manage sales floor productivity & behaviors
Salary Range:
$80k-$100k
