Salary: $90,000-$100,000
*Salary is commensurate with experience and is an estimated range provided by JBC*
Responsibilities:
- Support, train, and develop current and new team members to excel in their roles
- Resolve customer queries, and questions to deliver outstanding service
- Manage the store inventory, investigate stock queries for stock loss or faulty goods
- Assign and oversee day-to-day duties and responsibilities of the store team
- Oversee sales and set targets for the store team
- Complete performance reviews for the store team
- Collaborate with corporate partners on managing in-store events and promotions
- Support in the coordination of store content for social media
- Be a Brand Ambassador within the community to continue to grow brand awareness
Requirements:
- Experience in retail operations merchandising, and sales
- Must be a current Store Manager
- 3+ years experience in retail management
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and versatile
- Experience with high volume and large team
- Tech savvy with multiple POS systems, iPads, Inventory programs, and Shopify
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Ability to adapt and thrive in an entrepreneurial and fast-growth business
- Professional communication skills
