Title: Sr. Marketing Manager – Strategic Event Planning and Trade Marketing

Location: New York NY – Candidate needs to live in Tri-State Area and be able to commute to NYC and events.
 Compensation:  120-125K + bonus/401K
Salary is commensurate with experience and is an estimated range provided by JBC.
Key Responsibilities:

  • B2B Strategic Event and Trade Marketing Management:
  • Lead the planning and execution of various events to establish brand. as a thought leader in the tech, beauty, and fashion industries.
  • Manage the coordination of event logistics, ensuring flawless execution and optimal attendee experiences.
  • Work closely with the Chief Marketing Officer to develop event strategies aimed at generating significant lead volumes.
  • Handle the tracking and analysis of event success, aiming to generate over 1000 Marketing Qualified Leads annually.
  • Franchise Event Amplification and Revenue Generation:
  • Spearhead major annual events and ongoing series, focusing on maximizing attendance and sponsorship revenue.
  • Develop and implement sponsorship programs projected to generate significant revenue.
  • B2B Content, Press, Awards, and Media:
  • Produce compelling B2B content, manage press relations, and enhance brand recognition through awards and media exposure.
  • Achieve notable brand placement in industry-related media outlets.
  • B2C Co-Marketing and Partnership Campaigns:
    • Execute innovative digital marketing campaigns in collaboration with strategic partners to boost brand awareness and product adoption.
  • B2C Monetized Media Partnerships:
    • Establish and nurture profitable media partnerships, executing major marketing campaigns to drive business goals.

Qualifications and Competencies:

  • Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, with a strong background in event management and strategic planning.
  • Previous exposure to beauty or fashion tech AI SaaS environments is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including international collaborators.
  • Proficient in content creation, with strong writing skills.
  • Expertise in managing large-scale events and virtual conferences.
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively, both domestically and internationally.
  • Excellent communication skills and a knack for maintaining high organizational standards.
    • Familiarity with marketing tools such as Pardot or HubSpot is beneficial.
