Title: Sr Regulatory Manager -Director

Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and strategic Regulatory Sr Manager – Regulatory Director to join our clients team for a leading skincare brand with global distribution.

• The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of regulatory requirements and be able to navigate complex legislation while ensuring compliance across the groups product portfolio and  is highly hands-on and able to register all new products and ensure to strategically exit any SKUS effected by new ingredient bans.

• The right candidate is highly self-motivated,  has the ability to approach projects in a structured and organized manner, and has strong communication and presentation skills.  It is crucial that you are adept at working with shifting priorities, comfortable in a fast-paced and energetic environment, extremely detail-orientated and knowledgeable of international registrations

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage regulatory compliance for existing and new products in alignment with brand values and consumer needs.
• Work collaboratively with Marketing, Product Development, Regulatory freelancers and lab teams to ensure all products meet regulatory standards.
• Lead the registration process for new products, including filling out necessary forms and completing regulatory dossiers.
• Develop and implement processes and structures to enhance the efficiency of regulatory operations within the brand portfolio.
• Act as a regulatory champion, providing guidance to internal teams and external partners on compliance matters.
• Monitor and interpret new regulations, mitigating risks to ensure full compliance with all applicable laws, particularly in relation to emerging requirements (e.g., California ingredient bans).
• Support the team in maintaining clear communication and workflow with internal and external partners, ensuring project deadlines are met.

Qualifications:

• Strong background in regulatory affairs, with expertise in legislation and international markets.
• Proven ability to think strategically and provide commercial insights to meet brand objectives.
• Experience in managing regulatory documentation and understanding of product registration processes.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented and able to thrive under tight deadlines.

Salary and Title:

• Salary is flexible, with estimates:
  • Senior Manager: $120,000 +
  • Director: $150,000 +
• Title will be finalized based on the candidate's experience and qualifications.
