Hourly Range: $45-$49/hr W2
Hourly rate is commensurate with experience and is an estimated range provided by JBC.
Responsibilities:
Define and implement loyalty strategies that create meaningful moments of engagement across the customer lifecycle.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize loyalty programs, promotions, and campaigns.
· Conduct market scans, analyze data, and provide insights to inform program enhancements.
· Monitor industry trends, competitive insights, and emerging technologies related to loyalty and customer experience.
· Assess program performance and recommend improvements to strengthen customer relationships.
Requirements:
· Loyalty strategy / marketing experience with a focus on developing and implementing strategic customer experience programs.
· Proficiency in loyalty marketing, retention strategies, customer engagement, and CRM.
· Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
· Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
· Passion for creating exceptional customer experiences.
