Responsibilities:
 

• Provide first-class treatments and exemplary customer care to guests.
• Perform a variety of beauty treatments
• Consult with clients to understand their beauty goals and preferences
• Deliver personalized beauty services tailored to meet clients' needs and expectations
• Recommend and sell beauty products and treatments to clients.
• Stay updated on beauty trends and techniques through training and professional development.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
• Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and processing payments.

Requirements:

• Passion for beauty and wellness, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service to every client.
• Hold relevant Health & Beauty qualification. (Ideally level 4 and above)
• Act as an ambassador for the spa, showcasing style and integrity.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and creativity.
• Demonstrable knowledge of current trends in the Health and Beauty industry.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Salary:

£30,000+ commission
