We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Creator & Strategist to join our Social Media team as a key member of our Marketing department, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our social media strategy across various platforms. If you're passionate about creating engaging content, driving brand awareness, and have a proven track record of social media growth, we want to hear from you.
YOUR CORE FOCUS AREAS AND RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:
· Develop and post TikTok videos that align with the brand identity and resonate with our target audience.
· Adapt and repurpose TikTok content for Instagram Reels, maximizing the reach and engagement on both platforms.
· Analyze and identify effective content strategies for Instagram, ensuring high engagement rates for both pictures and videos.
· Source and build relationships with creators and celebrities for collaboration, enhancing brand awareness and fostering growth.
· Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to triple the current follower count on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
· Responsible for hands-on creation and direction of each TikTok video.
· Assemble and lead a winning social media team, ensuring each member has a clear understanding of platform-specific best practices.
· Create a well-defined content plan for each social media platform, working closely with the Production Coordinator to generate high-quality content at scale.
· Oversee the Social Media Manager to ensure the posting of trending and highly engaging content on all platforms.
· Go live on each platform at least once a week to connect with the community and provide a personal touch to the brand.
· Work closely with the Influencer Department to bring on A-list creators, fostering follower growth and increasing brand visibility.
· Develop and maintain a clear content calendar outlining the frequency of posts, stories, and reels for each platform.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
· In-depth understanding of platform-specific content strategies.
· Strong leadership and team management skills.
· Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
· A minimum of one year of experience directing a minimum of 30 TikTok videos per month for a brand.
MUST HAVE:
· 5+ years of experience in social media management and strategy.
· Proven track record of successful social media growth.
NICE TO HAVE:
· Experience overseeing the social media team, including hiring and termination responsibilities.
