Salary: $75,000 – $85,000 + bonus based on inventory accuracy performance. Salary is commensurate with experience and is an estimated range provided by JPSearch.
Responsibilities:
- Own all aspects of managing the online business through Shopify, including updates and product implementation.
- Add promotional information to the website and update social media to reflect the brand’s message.
- Work closely with the sales team to optimize online product display and marketing.
- Manage the Shopify website across three regions: USA, France, and UK.
- Train retail teams on Shopify tools, ensuring optimal usage for improved sales performance.
- Participate in photoshoots and castings; travel may be required.
- Partner with retail store teams and the retail director to refine POS and website feedback and processes.
- Maintain and post Instagram/social media content as required.
- Collaborate with leadership in weekly meetings to analyze website performance, propose improvements, and seek approval for strategies.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience with Shopify, including POS systems and website management.
- Strong graphic design and creative skills to curate website themes and visual stories.
- Experience updating websites, managing promotional content, and social media postings.
- Ability to travel for photoshoots and participate in casting processes as needed.
- Proven track record of working in team environments; must be a strong team player.
- Background in luxury fashion with brands like J.Crew, Polo, Todd Snyder, or Cucinelli preferred.
- Aesthetic alignment with luxury preppy brands is a must.
