Responsibilities:

·  Deliver personalized, high-end nail services to ensure the highest level of client satisfaction.
·  Offer a comprehensive array of nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, nail extensions, and nail art, while maintaining strict quality and hygiene standards.
·  Conduct detailed consultations with clients to understand their preferences and concerns, providing expert recommendations tailored to their needs.
·  Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and products in nail care, lash, and brow treatments, and continuously enhance your expertise through ongoing education and training.
·  Develop and sustain a loyal client base by offering outstanding customer service and ensuring each client enjoys a comfortable and relaxing experience.
·  Promote and upsell additional services, retail products, and beauty packages to clients, optimizing revenue opportunities for the spa/salon.

Requirements:

·  Valid certification or license as a Nail Technician.
·  Extensive knowledge of nail care products, techniques, and trends.
·  Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays according to the salon's schedule.
·  Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
·  Proven expertise in lash and brow treatments, such as lash extensions, lash lifts, brow shaping, tinting, and microblading (preferred but not required)

Salary:

Up to £30,000+ commission
