Salary: $70,000 – $80,000
*Salary is commensurate with experience and is an estimated range provided by JBC
Responsibilities:
This position focuses on effectively communicating the science behind our brands/products, supporting product claims localization and development, as well as other research activities including trend reporting to explore opportunities for future product developments.
Principal Accountabilities (List accountabilities of the role)
§ Fully understand clinical claims and product information to support the development of Product Bulletins as guide for internal cross-functional teams to help build product communications and customer-friendly language to best align with the preferences and requirements of the North America region.
§ Collaborate with Regulatory Affairs / Legal on claims substantiation review to ensure accuracy.
§ Support new claim development tailored towards NA consumers and other global initiatives with US-based affiliates.
§ Monitor and analyze trends and competitive product launches.
§ Attend and report relevant NA-based conferences and trend events.
§ Achieve or exceed all established KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).

Key Experience and Skills
Qualification and Experience
§ Bachelor’s degree in Cosmetics Science, Chemistry, Biology, or other related fields.
§ Prior experience or strong interest in cosmetics/beauty industry preferably in Science Communication, Product Development, Skincare Formulation, or Marketing.
§ English language proficiency mandatory; additional Spanish or Korean language proficiency preferred.

§ Familiar with latest cosmetic market trends, competitor launches, raw materials, and research developments in cosmetic science
§ Documentation skills using Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
§ Strong written and oral communication skills
