Title: Company Description: Cosmetic Packaging Distributor
Location: Miami, FL (REMOTE)
Salary:  100K + uncapped commission and benefits
Salary is commensurate with experience and is an estimated range provided by JBC.

Looking for motivated and results-oriented individual with a passion for sales and expertise in the cosmetics packaging industry.  This role is for someone who loves to work closely with clients and it is necessary for you to be 20 mi or less from a major airport.


  • Prospect and cultivate relationships with cosmetics manufacturers, brands, and suppliers, focusing on fragrance, skincare, essential oils, and nail polish segments.
  • Understand the specific packaging requirements and preferences of cosmetics clients, offering tailored solutions that meet their branding, aesthetic, and functionality needs.
  • Present and demonstrate our range of glass packaging products, highlighting their quality, design options, and suitability for cosmetics applications.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to develop custom packaging solutions, including branding, labeling, and design services, to differentiate our offerings and meet client specifications.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments related to cosmetics packaging, providing insights and recommendations to drive sales growth.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics to management.


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with experience in the cosmetics or packaging industry strongly preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of cosmetics packaging trends, materials, and regulations, with a focus on fragrances, skincare, essential oils, and nail polish.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the USA and occasionally internationally.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for delivering results and exceeding targets.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and perform under pressure.
