Duration: 6 Month W2 Contract with the possibility to convert
Location: New York, NY – Hybrid
Compensation: $20-24/hr. W2
Salary is commensurate with experience and is an estimated range provided by JBC
Responsibilities:
- Work with clients to allocate time slots for commercials
- Provide client follow-up and client maintenance
- Assist Account Executives in preparing sales orders and monitoring client accounts
- Maintain operational efficiency of agency orders through approvals, tracking of linear commercial inventory, movement requests, allocations, and audience deficiency units within the sales system
- Daily contact with traffic, pricing, and inventory to ensure flawless execution and delivery of agency orders
- Ensure client restrictions are upheld by confirming client do not air lists are being followed by traffic as well as commercial separation
- Coordinate with the brand solutions team to carry out advertiser’s creative tag tune-ins and any other specific requests
- Monitor/track and regularly report on client impressions working with multiple departments to make any adjustments needed to ensure orders are delivered and billed in full
- Generate reports to troubleshoot and resolve order discrepancies
- Work directly with finance to help clear billing issues and ensure revenue reconciliation at the end of each billing cycle
- Maintain client database and account list
Requirements:
- Beneficial to have client-facing experience
- Knowledge or experience of the entertainment space
- Basic knowledge of Excel
- Strong communication and organization skills
