Salary is commensurate with experience and is an estimated range provided by JBC
Responsibilities:
- This position is responsible for owning client projects, including providing Account Services with time/cost information and assisting in the delivery process
- Ensure all projects are completed on time within budget
- Partner with other project managers, account managers, and creative teams
- Develop and manage project deliverables including budgets and project plans
- Be responsible for the overall health and margin of assigned projects
- Be the client’s point of contact for any delivery-related issues
- Work with Resource Management to ensure appropriate staffing plans are in place
- Provide insight on internal process improvement initiatives relating to tools and knowledge management solutions
- May be responsible for scoping new business projects
Requirements:
- 4+ years of Project Management experience in an agency setting
- Interactive and digital experience
- Healthcare or pharma experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- PMP certification, preferred
- Understanding of project management methodology including identifying and resolving issues, managing risk, and developing detailed work plans
- Ability to manage and work cross-collaboratively
- Experience working directly with clients on project
- Basic finance understanding
