Salary: $150K
Salary is commensurate with experience and is an estimated range provided by JBC.
Responsibilities:
- Be highly organized and talented at Project Management and Have Packaging Engineering Skills and understanding of the demands of Supply Chain
- Have a passion for beauty and fragrance who can collaborate with all internal and external partners.
- Track vendor activity + delivery and assembly schedules
- Receive and review copies of all documentation related to program development to assure accurate completion by responsible parties. Identify noncompliance and provide coaching/retraining is needed to promote proper process adherence
- Liaise with inventory team to confirm estimated quantities for new programs align with past sales and to monitor brand performance/inventory.
- Review coverage of basic skus for assigned brands to assure continuous optimal stock and service levels. Monitor component and finished goods inventory and generate requisitions to purchasing as needed. Track and confirm production.
- Coordinate basic SKU orders/production with orders/production to support sets and other promotional activities to drive best component costs and efficient production runs.
Requirements:
- A hands-on collaborative leader who can support creating packaging and engineer needs as well as keep team on track
- Bachelor Degree required with 7-10 years Project Management experience. Cosmetics, Personal Care, or Health & Beauty industries STONGLY preferred
- Demonstrated analytical abilities and negotiating skills.
- Excellent oral and written skills with ability to handle multiple priorities and changing business needs.
- Ability to collaborate effectively at all levels in the organization and with suppliers
- AS400/JDE/Microsoft Project experience a plus.
