Program Manager

Title: Project Manager

Salary Range: $60/hr

Hourly rate is commensurate with experience and is an estimated range provided by JBC

Responsibilities:

• Program management of the Communications department in collaboration with the leadership team.
• Oversight of departmental meeting logistics, including strategy, coordination, preparation, and follow-up.
• Providing day-to-day operational support to the Head of Communications.
• Leading annual planning, goal setting, tracking, and quarterly reporting.
• Managing special projects and initiatives.
• Crafting presentations and content for internal and external engagements and events.
• Developing and maintaining departmental templates and collaborative platforms.
• Coordinating team budget activities.
• Assisting in vendor/supplier procurement as required.
• Supporting resource prioritization efforts.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 7 years' experience in a creative agency or in-house marketing/communications team.
• Proven experience in leading and managing the production of creative and/or marketing projects.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively across teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Appreciation for design, user experiences, and brand identities.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in project or task management software (preference for Asana), Google Suite, and familiarity with Microsoft Office Word (preferred, but not essential).
