Title: Production & Logistics Manager
Location: Charlottesville, VA. (Relocation allowance is available)
Company: Privately owned Dual-Gender Apparel Organization
Salary: $110,000-$125,000
Salary/Hourly rate is commensurate with experience and is an estimated range provided by JBC.
Office Schedule: 5 days/week on site

Our client is a rapidly growing and well-established dual gender activewear brand with a successful D2C business with expansion plans underway. We are recruiting for a Production & Logistics Manager to join their team in Charlottesville, Virginia!
The following are a few of the requirements of the role:

8+ years of fashion apparel production and/or logistics experience
Domestic and Import Production experience required.
Experience in multi-channel fulfillment operations, including D2C and wholesale.
Hands-on experience with sourcing, new vendor onboarding, proto sampling, and quality control
Must be a strong leader and people manager and thrives building cross-functional relationships.
