As a Production Associate, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the production process of our accessories, from concept to delivery. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that production runs smoothly and efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of quality. Your experience with overseas production will be essential in coordinating with our international partners to meet production deadlines and quality requirements.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with internal teams and overseas manufacturers to develop production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of products while adhering to quality standards and cost objectives.

Responsible for communicating with all factories/suppliers and following up as needed. Maintains all open purchase orders including costing, developing, samples, etc

Implement quality control procedures to monitor the production process, conducting inspections and audits to identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise.

Track and manage inventory levels, forecasting demand and coordinating with suppliers to ensure adequate stock levels to meet customer requirements.

Maintain accurate records of production activities, including purchase orders, production reports, and shipment schedules. Generate regular reports to analyze production performance and identify areas for improvement.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies, including environmental and ethical standards. 

Identify opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction, implementing efficiency measures to improve production workflows and streamline operations.

Order placement(creating/issuing PO's), tracking production, and monitoring delivery status by actively studying and challenging WIP charts.

Following up with production and shipping reports

Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience in production management, preferably within the accessories industry.

Proficiency in project management tools and ERP systems for production planning and inventory management.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with internal teams and external suppliers.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.

Knowledge of sustainability practices and their application within the production supply chain is desirable.

Highly organized and work well in fast paced environment
