Packaging Project Manager

Title: Packaging Project Manager

Location: Remote 
Hourly Range: $45-$50/hr W2 
4-6+ week contract 
Hourly rate is commensurate with experience and is an estimated range provided by JBC. 

Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Oversee and manage packaging projects from conception through to delivery, ensuring all milestones and deadlines are met.
• Cross-functional Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact between packaging development, marketing, and design teams to facilitate communication and collaboration.
• Timeline Management: Develop and manage project timelines, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and informed about key deliverables and deadlines.
• Wrike Utilization: Utilize Wrike for project tracking, task management, and team collaboration, ensuring efficient workflow and timely completion of projects.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements within packaging development to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Terminology and Processes: Demonstrate a thorough understanding of packaging terminology, processes, and industry standards to guide project execution and stakeholder communications.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 5-7 years of experience in project management, with a focus on packaging in the beauty, retail, or CPG industries.
• Project Management Tools: Proven experience working with Wrike or similar project management tools.
• Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of packaging terminology, processes, and timelines.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise between various departments and stakeholders.
• Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
