Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory operations using the A2000 (or other ERP systems), including setting up styles and allocations, generating pick tickets, and providing packing and shipping directions.
- Coordinate with store personnel and follow store routing guides to ensure accurate and timely shipments.
- Work closely with forwarders and warehouses to track production shipments and manage receiving processes.
- Collaborate with sales team on order entry and pick ticket generation, ensuring orders are processed accurately and on time.
- Prepare weekly and sometimes daily ATS reports, analyzing data and creating spreadsheets by category for sales reporting.
- Manage SKU counts for two corporate entities to ensure accurate inventory management.
- Follow up on store shipments to confirm goods have been shipped and provide necessary advice to warehouses.
- Handle invoicing and prepare assignments for factor payments.
- Process drop ship and website sales orders, including order entry and shipment coordination.
- Understand different A2000 reporting functions and collaborate with management on weekly reporting needs.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in using ERP systems, specifically A2000 (or similar systems), for inventory management and reporting.
- Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal teams, external partners, and management.
- Proficiency in data entry and spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel) for reporting and analysis.
- Prior experience in handling inventory operations in a manufacturing or retail environment is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field is preferred.
