Location:
High Holborn, London 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Supervise Travel & Expense (T&E) management, including budgeting, tracking, and reporting, to optimize resource utilization and comply with financial regulations.
  • Create and oversee purchase orders (POs) to facilitate prompt and accurate procurement of goods and services.
  • Facilitate smooth communication within the team and among global departments.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and upkeep of the office environment.
  • Provide assistance for ad hoc projects as required.

Requirements:

  • Solid organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication proficiency.
  • Competence in MS Office suite and other pertinent software.
  • Capacity to manage sensitive information with discretion.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and adeptness at multitasking in demanding environments.
  • Professional demeanor coupled with robust interpersonal capabilities.
  • Prior experience in startup or fast-paced environments preferred.

Salary:
£26-30,000 pro rata
