Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of the skincare product portfolio strategy, identifying new opportunities and areas for growth.
- Guide the creation of product concepts, launch strategies, and detailed briefs for new initiatives.
- Collaborate with teams across Product Development, Packaging, Legal, and Marketing to ensure timely and successful product launches.
- Develop and communicate product positioning, benefits, and technologies, working closely with internal teams to refine the messaging.
- Oversee the creation of packaging and promotional assets, ensuring they are aligned with brand goals and market demands.
- Manage the innovation pipeline and regularly present new concepts and potential product lines to senior leaders.
- Design and execute marketing programs for new launches, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and channels.
- Use sales data, industry trends, and consumer insights to inform and adjust marketing strategies.
- Develop promotional strategies and ensure cross-promotional support is effective for skincare launches.
- Partner with forecasting teams to ensure accurate sales estimates for upcoming product releases.
- Work with regional teams to adapt global strategies to specific market needs.
- Lead the creation of creative assets for digital, print, and in-store campaigns.
- Collaborate with creative teams to manage the marketing request process and ensure on-time delivery of materials.
- Assist in preparing materials for internal and external presentations and meetings.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in skincare or beauty marketing, with a focus on premium or luxury products.
- Strong track record of leading product launches and marketing strategies.
- Ability to think creatively while also using data and insights to drive decision-making.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong skills in PowerPoint and Excel.
Salary: $95,000 – $105,000
Salary is commensurate with experience and is an estimated range provided by JBC.
