Title:  Market Insights Researcher
Location:  Remote 
Rate: $65-$70/hr W2 

  • Identify trends in SMB behaviors, understand product market fit with key segments, inform go-to-market strategies, and develop a clear understanding of competitive and market landscape SMB advertising.
  • Setup the SMB advertiser council that will strengthen client's understanding of their decision-making process and their experience when advertising on to develop targeted, effective product solutions.
  • Analyze and provide insights, recommendations and rationale

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Mixed methods researcher, proficient in key market research (qual and quant) techniques
  • High comfort with and passion for data driven insights. 
  • Ability to present and brainstorm research findings with both technical and non-technical/business audiences.
  • Ability to connect the dots between disparate sources and think strategically about how recommendations will impact the bottom line of the business in the short-term and long-term.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience in customer insights or market research
  • Experience with market research tools – Qualtrics, Survey Monkey, SPSS, etc.
  • Fluent in qual and quant research methods, and knowledge of statistical concepts and how to apply them to research methods.
  • Understanding of how/when to use different research methodologies – segmentation, tracking studies, focus groups, IDIs, customer satisfaction, MaxDiff, conjoint/discrete choice, regression analysis, etc.
