Salary: 90-100k
*Salary is commensurate with experience and is an estimated range provided by JBC.
Note: Men's experience required, swimwear HUGE plus but not required
Responsibilities:

Lead the product development and design strategy for the Men's Swimwear Division.

Oversee the creation of prints and designs, collaborating closely with the head designer and potentially taking on direct design responsibilities.

Manage the approval process for designs, liaise with external partners (including China-based suppliers) for production needs.

Maintain clear communication with the team, especially in the absence of the head designer, ensuring fit, color, and size specifications are accurately conveyed.

Collaborate with President, our key decision-maker, to ensure alignment with brand goals and standards.

Write purchase orders (POs) and communicate with overseas factories regarding fabric, color, and fit specifications.
Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior design or production role within the fashion industry.

Proven expertise in men's swimwear design and production.

Strong creative vision and ability to translate concepts into marketable designs.

Excellent communication skills, particularly in managing relationships with overseas partners.
