Location: Central Valley, New York
Salary: $31,000-$43,000 plus commissions
*Salary is commensurate with experience and is an estimated range provided by JBC*

Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and offering personalized styling advice.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to foster loyalty and drive repeat sales.
• Assist clients in selecting children's wear from our curated multi-brand collection, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the store's overall goals.
• Maintain an organized, visually appealing, and well-stocked sales floor.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, including new arrivals, collections, and designer details.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and exchanges in a professional and efficient manner.
• Support inventory management, including restocking and regular inventory checks.
• Assist with in-store events, promotions, and other brand-building initiatives.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail sales, preferably in a luxury or high-end environment.
• Passion for children's fashion and an understanding of the luxury market.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-first attitude.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational skills.
• Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
