Hourly rate is commensurate with experience and is an estimated range provided by JBC.
Schedule: Onsite and Full time hours
Duration: 1 month

Responsibilities:

• Check the coffee stations, Be responsible of the clean daily process, replenishing the necessary supplies in the coffee machine and in the counters, maintain the counters nice and clean twice a day.
• Keep printer stations tidy and clean with necessary paper inside printers and restock paper reams available to employees.
• Receive and Scan all incoming packages from FedEx Overnight, UPS, etc.,
• Assist with delivering incoming packages to various departments and floors using a hand held scanner to obtain signatures.
• Assist with picking up packages and equipment from various locations throughout the facility for shipment or internal transfer.
• Move furniture around the building when it is required, must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Process Outgoing US mail (certified letters, Priority mail, express mail Domestic and International) including sealing, weighing, posting and sorting.
• Go to the Post office daily carrying all the outgoing mail and at the same time collect all the incoming mail for Hudson (regular mail, certified letters, boxes etc.).
• Assist with delivering the mail after the sort has been completed.
• Opening and reading mail as necessary to determine appropriate routing.
• Collect and shipping all outgoing Overnight/Ground packages, boxes, letters, etc., using FedEx Ship Manager System.
• Close out FedEx at end of day and confirm that the FedEx driver has taken all outgoing packages.

Requirements:

• Prior experience with logistics, UPS, FedEX
• Driver's license- you will drive to the post office when needed (a company car will be provided)
