Our client is a leading digital marketing agency. They are passionate about driving impactful marketing strategies that resonate with audiences. They are seeking a motivated Influencer Marketing Specialist to join their dynamic team and spearhead influencer campaigns for our clients.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Execute and support influencer campaigns from start to finish, including identifying, vetting, hiring, negotiating, and managing influencer partnerships.
- Act as a talent buyer and relationship manager, interfacing directly with influencers and talent agents.
- Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient campaign execution.
- Develop, organize, track, and communicate campaign goals/KPIs, from proposal ideation to wrap reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams like Social, Affiliate, Creative, and Analytics to create integrated programming and industry-leading work.
- Demonstrate a client-centric approach, delivering cutting-edge tactics and world-class customer service.
- Take accountability and ownership of influencer programs, successes, and failures for several client accounts.
- Prioritize efforts to deliver campaigns on time and exceed client expectations.
- Ensure all work is top-notch and FTC compliant to ensure impactful and successful programming.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of related influencer work experience.
- Hands-on experience in working directly with influencers, influencer marketing and/or at a comparable agency.
- Ability to execute all steps of the influencer programming process (i.e. identifying influencers, vetting, making offers, content reviews, execution and analytics reports) – understanding this process and having the ability to execute against this process is key.
- Talent buying experience – directly with Influencers and talent agents.
- Strong project management capabilities, able to perform under pressure by efficiently prioritizing tasks and completing multiple items under deadline
- Strong understanding of FTC regulations in Influencer marketing.
- Strong integrated working style, highly organizational and strong communication skills
- Advanced computer skills, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint or Google Docs, Sheets & Slides.
- Always keeping an eye on Influencer trends and being able to apply those trends to client work.
- Experience with Influencer tools is a plus (Captiv8, Mavrck, CreatorIQ, Izea, etc.)
- Experience with paid media channels such as, Facebook, Google Ads, Amazon, ect. a plus
- Experience working in Google Analytics is a plus.
