Compensation: $40-65/hr W2
Salary (or hourly rate) is commensurate with experience and is an estimated range provided by JBC
Responsibilities:
- Lead the financial planning cycle, including long-range planning, annual operating plan, and monthly forecasting processes
- Prepare detailed monthly/quarterly financial reports, analyzing operating results and providing insights into key variances and trends
- Develop and distribute budget/forecast calendars across all finance teams, ensuring alignment with corporate deadlines
- Create impactful dashboards and presentations for senior management, addressing financial outlook with KPIs and operational metrics
- Consolidate risks and opportunities between monthly forecasts to prepare the financial outlook
- Manage cash forecasting across brands and functional teams within the organization
- Oversee all ERP-related activities through implementation and go-live
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration with finance teams across the enterprise
- Provide analysis, support, and oversight of the monthly close process
- Manage ad-hoc projects across the finance team and cultivate a positive work environment
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Strong understanding of financial principles and analyses
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proactive self-starter and collaborative team member
- Experience in cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
- Passionate or experience within the media industry
