Salary is commensurate with experience and is an estimated range provided by JBC.

Responsibilities:

• Will manage a team of 40
• Handle administrative tasks like production schedules and timesheets
• Appoint labor and keeps up with raw materials to keep the production process running smoothly
• Procure and monitor the efficiency of production equipment.
• Oversee quality control throughout the entire production process.
• Ensure that production is completed before deadlines.
• Discover creative and efficient ways to lower cost, lower waste, and increase profitability.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Denim experience.
• Ability to supervise production teams confidently and proactively.
• Exceptional analytical ability toward solving production-related concerns.
• Being able to multi-task and multi-direct
