Title: E-Commerce Assistant Manager, D2C

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the DTC e-commerce website, including product listings, homepage updates, and site merchandising.
  • Manage the homepage calendar, using insights to plan and execute site refreshes.
  • Oversee the digital content lifecycle from briefing to final delivery, collaborating with creative and copy teams.
  • Execute all New Product Launches (NPLs), including copy, pricing, categorization, imagery, and QA.
  • Manage on-site promotions and create Terms & Conditions based on brand guidelines.
  • Coordinate the use of collateral for brand.com to manage excess inventory.
  • Manage all launch, promotional, and pre-launch live inventory.
  • Implement loyalty program rules and subscription programming with the e-commerce manager.
  • Conduct QA checks to ensure a seamless customer experience (CX/UX).
  • Oversee vendor relationships and execute site operations with partners like Jebbit, Nosto, and Narvar.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.

 

 

Qualifications:

  • 3-4 years in e-commerce operations, preferably in beauty or skincare.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, e-commerce, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (preferably Shopify) or similar CMS.
  • Basic knowledge of web/behavioral analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and data analysis.
  • Excellent project/content management skills; ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on high-quality work and brand standards.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Passion for beauty and skincare products; interest in industry trends.

 

Salary: $85,000 – $100,000

Salary is commensurate with experience and is an estimated range provided by JBC.
