Director of Supply Chain

Title: Director Of Supply Chain

Location: Vernon, Ca (Hybrid)
Compensation: $120,000-$150,000 *Salary is commensurate with experience and is an estimated range provided by JBC*
 

Responsibilities:

• Manage Planning team and processes to meet inventory targets
• Support on-time launches and promotions
• Coordinate monthly planning processes
• Assist in executing production plans and procuring components
• Monitor production capacity and address bottlenecks
• Ensure accurate delivery dates in Sage system
• Maintain adherence to planning cycles
• Monitor inventory and facilitate transfers between facilities
• Collaborate with third-party manufacturers to ensure supply meets demand
• Coordinate with various departments to maintain product lines
• Ensure data accuracy and proper process flow in Sage system
• Coordinate logistics and recommend shipping methods
• Assist in implementing new planning systems
• Support annual physical inventories
• Handle master data management tasks
• Other duties as assigned by Manager

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in supply chain or related field
• APICS certification preferred
• Experience in CPG industry, preferably cosmetics or consumer products
• Experience managing supply chain teams
• Proficiency in supply chain management concepts and operations
• Problem-solving and process improvement skills
• Experience with global manufacturing and logistics
• Strong Excel and analytical skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and planning tools
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
