Title: Director OR VP of Sales (Private Label)

Location: NY
Compensation: $150,000-$175,000 **Salary is commensurate with experience and is an estimated range provided by JBC*
*Would be open to VP of sales level!

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee a sales team to meet sales targets effectively.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to boost revenue.
  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
  • Analyze market trends for growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with various teams to execute sales plans.
  • Manage sales budgets and forecast projections.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and practices.
  • Provide regular sales performance reports.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in sales management, especially in private label industry.
  • Ability to drive sales growth and achieve targets consistently.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
  • 10+ years of sales experience, preferably in private label industry.
