Title: Director of Sales

Location: Sunnyvale, CA (Onsite or Hyrbird)
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
- Build and nurture relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends to stay ahead of the competition.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize strategies and processes.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to the executive team.
Requirements:
- Director level of seniority with a minimum of 6 years of sales experience in the food and beverages industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to build and develop a successful sales team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to passionately pursue the company’s vision and mission related to food transformation and making a positive impact on the world.
- Demonstrated ability to start and grow a sales team and business from the ground up.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus) preferred
Salary: 200-300k base plus incentives. Salary is commensurate with experience and is an estimated range provided by JBC.
