Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee a sales team to meet sales targets effectively.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to boost revenue.
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with key clients and partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
- Analyze market trends for growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with various teams to execute sales plans.
- Manage sales budgets and forecast projections.
- Stay updated on industry trends and practices.
- Provide regular sales performance reports.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in sales management, especially in private label industry.
- Ability to drive sales growth and achieve targets consistently.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- 10+ years of sales experience, preferably in private label industry.
