Salary: $90,000 – $125,000 Base + Commission

We are seeking a seasoned Director of Recruitment and Client Partnerships to join our team. This role will be responsible for leading our recruitment strategies and developing strong client partnerships within the consumer products sector. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the industry, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record in recruitment and client relationship management.

The following are a few of the responsibilities of the role:

• Recruitment Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent for various roles within the consumer products division.
• Talent Acquisition: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection, ensuring a seamless and efficient candidate experience.
• Client Partnership Development: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including HR, marketing, and operations teams, to align recruitment efforts with business objectives and client requirements.
• Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing recruitment and client partnerships team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
