Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with channel leads on GTM strategies and projects
- Contribute to brand and product campaigns across all channels
- Lead strategic brief development and channel rollout plans
- Supervise marketing plan implementation per channel
- Manage audience segmentation and customer journey mapping
- Collaborate with business leaders to support GTM plans
- Ensure programs are on-brand, within budget, and executed well
- Contribute insights to retail-specific strategies
- Deliver marketing plans for seasonal launches and core offerings
- Develop and execute promotional gift set strategies
- Own creative process for retailer-specific programs
- Provide analytically supported recommendations and monitor KPIs
- Maintain and update retail marketing calendar
- Support test and learn programs for in-store marketing
- Stay updated on competitor programs and emerging tech
- Ensure consistent messaging and execution across channels
- Conduct competitive research for retail strategies
- Ensure actions contribute to sustainability goals
Requirements:
- 8-10 years relevant experience in Channel Marketing
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Marketing or Business, or MBA
- Experience managing marketing for Brand DTC, Sephora, Ulta, Amazon channels
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset
- Passion for beauty industry and skincare knowledge
- Willingness to travel within the US and internationally
Salary: $160,000 – $180,000
Salary is commensurate with experience and is an estimated range provided by JBC.
