Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies for digital and new media marketing efforts.
- Coordinate online campaigns across various platforms in partnership with agencies and internal teams.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless project execution and support business growth.
- Lead website management and oversee all customer-facing digital communication channels.
- Track performance metrics and prepare analytical reports for senior management.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.
- Maintain a deep understanding of eCommerce and the evolving digital landscape and how it complements traditional retail environments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing and advertising across multiple platforms.
- Experience collaborating with external agencies.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Advanced knowledge of internet regulations, such as cookie policies, is essential, and CRM experience is a plus.
- Expertise in social media and digital platforms, with the ability to select the best channels for marketing.
- In-depth understanding of website analytics and best practices.
- Experience in SEO, lead generation, and email marketing.
- Strategic thinker with hands-on implementation skills.
- Ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Salary: $80,000 – $110,000
Salary is commensurate with experience and is an estimated range provided by JBC.
