Responsibilities:
- Oversee project management, including facilitating Monthly Business Reviews, Leadership Team meetings, and cross-company rhythms to ensure alignment and successful execution of work across teams.
- Track and manage team spending and procurement requests, collaborating with Finance and Procurement groups to ensure alignment. Coordinate with compliance and legal teams to manage statements of work and legal agreements, and identify process improvement opportunities.
- Provide support to the Vice President of Developer Relations, managing schedule, meetings, and communications. Coordinate cross-company operating rhythms and promote connectivity, health, and inclusivity within the team.
Requirements:
- At least 3-5 years of professional experience, ideally within a SaaS organization collaborating with developers
- Minimum of 1-2 years of project management or business management experience, preferably with exposure to projects involving multiple teams
- Residing in the United States, as our team members are predominantly based in Europe, while cross-functional stakeholders are situated in San Francisco and Seattle
- Possessing adaptability and flexibility, thriving in dynamic, high-growth settings with ambiguity
- Familiarity with Confluence and Google Docs is preferred
