Title: Desktop Analyst

The Desktop Support Technician is responsible for providing technical support to users across hospital and clinic locations. This role involves addressing issues with desktop hardware, software, and other computer-related technology, including imaging PCs, laptops, and Macs, performing maintenance and repairs, installing printers, and assisting remote users and sites. Travel to remote clinics may be required, with parking permits and mileage reimbursement provided.

Minimum Education:

  • High school diploma required.
  • Associates degree in a related field preferred.


  • U.S. Citizenship
  • Effective communication skills are crucial for candidate evaluation.
  • 6 months to 2 years of IT experience
  • Desktop Support experience
  • Proficiency in Windows 7, Windows 10, and OS X
  • Familiarity with Office 2010 and Office 2016
  • Knowledge of Cerner
  • Experience with ServiceNow
